The Human and Resource Department is responsible for all the functions related to an organization. It can be said to be the life line of any organization without which it may cease to function. It’s seen that every organization has a separate department which looks after all the main functions of the organization as well as brings change in a constructive manner if situation arises. The responsibilities of a HR department includes recruitment, training and development, staffing, compensation and benefits and the performance appraisal etc.
The H R Departments recruits new staff if needed or there is scarcity of manpower performs marketing and sales, keeps the administrative machinery functioning as well as keeps an eye on the functions and maintains the infrastructure.
