A Fresher resume is a resume which has been written by a person who has the required qualification as well as done the course successfully but does not have any practical experience in the field in which he / she is applying for. In other words we can say that fresher are those candidates who wish to start their career and excel in their respective fields in which they have studied. As they do no have any experience they are treated as lay man and thus given the opportunity to brush up their knowledge and area of expertise day by day.

Just as the experienced candidates are required to write down every detail about themselves the fresher is also expected to write everything like the educational qualification which includes the general qualification as well as the professional qualification. Every detail should be given in point form so that the knowledge gets highlighted and this helps to win the heart of the employer. Every individual has some quality or the other which cannot be ignored thus if these qualities are highlighted it serves to work for the candidate.

When writing the resume the candidate should take a plain paper and give every personal detail like the name, address, telephone number email id etc. All these details  need to be written in bold and highlighted. No designs or art should be down on it to make it look attractive as by doing so the resume loses the seriousness as well as the professional touch. The words that shall be used by the candidate should be related to the subject and the job that  is being applied for.

When writing the resume the candidate should not use words economically or rhetorically as by doing so both these steps can go against the candidate. No false or exaggerated information should be given to the employer in order to create an impression as there are many employers who cross check on the information provided and if it turns out to be wrong the application goes straight to the bin. So only those informations that are correct and in which the candidate hold strong ground should be mentioned.

Apart from personal details the candidate can write about the  reason behind why he has opted for the particular field.  He can also mention about his educational qualification like the degrees that he has done along with the name of the school or university and the year in which he / she passed out.

Apart from the personal qualification the candidate can also mention about the professional courses he has done to enhance the chance to get a good job. Any other extra qualities that the candidate may have can also be mentioned here. Such qualities may be knowledge of many different languages,  being able to speak as well as communicate properly, knack for music  songs and  dances , knowledge of any software’s  along with details of all courses that the candidate may have done with the name of the course and the Institute from which it was done along with the year passed out from.

Thus lastly everything should be written on the field the candidate wishes to apply for.and want to start his / her career with.
