In order to meet the target that has been set by an organization successfully, it needs to have controlling power which is strong .So in order to be eligible for the post under the administrative filed  person needs to have remarkable IQ as well as should posses the qualities of a commander and should be knowledgeable about all the fields.

The responsibilities that is  entrusted to a  person who looks after the administrative work are like, recruiting sufficient staff, office management and cutting down on staff who are lazy and don’t perform their duties properly, supervision of staff, listening the complaints and sorting them out within a in short period and looking after the correspondence etc. It is not necessary that the entire administrative work be entrusted to a single person, but it can be divided into different sections and the responsibility can be divided amongst other people also

The kinds of responsibilities that come under the Administrative field are giving assistance in the filed of administration, supervising the data entry that is being done, seeing to the dispatch, maintenance and supervision of the files, work as a receptionist by welcoming the visitors and by helping them affectionately and if need arises being a steno, typist as well as a secretary.

Thus it should be kept in mind that such false information’s should not be given in a resume as many times the genuineness of the information provided is cross checked.
  • It is seen that recruiting managers are at times very curious about all the resume and when they find a resume which stands up to their expectation they at times may find out about the genuineness of the information provided by the candidates through a secret way. So telling of lies does not help as if lie is detected than it may create problems for the candidate.
  • While making the resume no designing should be done. Rather important information’s should be stressed by giving bullets or making it in bold or italics. The qualification as well as the training received should also be placed in a proper place under some sub heading. Name of the candidate should be in bold along with address, email id, contact numbers etc. Experience that has been acquired should also be mentioned.
